Hai, i have a lil problem whit Limha the minks witch. She as i guess has "Improved invisibility" but there is no way to make her visible. Neither the priest spell or the mage one works. And to make it even moar annoying she is not affect by any spell, aoe or not. Neither web, entangle, even when hit whit call lightening she is unaffected... So anyone know a way to make her visible, and vulnerable to any spell?

That sounds like a bug... I've never had a problem making her visable. Maybe try leaving the area and going back?

Now, some people aren't going to like what I'm about to say but it's tough... if you have a mage with disintergration then use it, it works pretty well.

Yeah, probably a bug, nothing to do with Tactics, I'd wager. Something similar is reported in a walkthrough, or was it the patch readme? It can happen with the lich too. Do you have the latest patch installed? That fixed the lich.

Ow noes think i forgot to patch IW2...on the readme its written v2.00 and apparently theres a v2.01 ...

Knowing that i have NPC porject, IWTactics, xp double in insane, and some tweak, its not wise to install the patch on it right?
So i can desinstall all those weidu mods, exept xp thingy and reinstall em afterwards and can continue playing? Or i will have to start all over?

[IMG] You're better off reinstalling, to be absolutely sure. Some files may be left in, which disrupt the patch.

[IMG] Now I know what this guy's problem was. And patching his game wouldn't have helped him with it. I just fought the Tactics Limha, and boy was she a tough nut to crack. Spoilers below.
First of all, I'm glad that I didn't have to deal with the army of summons: Luring them with a party member (who keeps running away until they're unsummoned) while the rest start to take on Limha, is totally lame. And kinda humiliating.:shame:
What Derrick3300 failed to realize, is that she visibly casts Minor Globe of Invulnerability every time you exit the tent. And a spell like See Invisibility or Invisibility Purge just won't work on her. Dispel Magic is also level 3, but an exception is made for dispelling, otherwise a minor globe would be undispellable. Tal Rasha gives advice for difficult battles with boss characters in his readme.
I was bummed out, because I didn't have Dispel Magic memorized. I was also not looking forward to having any nearby party members unbuffed in a boss fight, regardless of whether she fails her save. And to top it off, I needed to take care of a welcoming party of trolls and a will-o'-wisp too. What annoyed me the most, was that I still had plenty of spells left, but it seemed that I'd have to rest, to memorize Dispelling:o. So I cast Invisibility Sphere and I went to the Wandering Village, slept, and came back: Limha greets me straight away, but she's no longer under a Minor Globe! She breaks invisibility with her first spell, and the welcoming party hasn't arrived yet;) She's considerably less difficult to dispatch now. As are the advancing trolls: 2 fireballs, then Greater Command (night-night!), and pick them off 1-by-1 with fire weapons.
Right now I'm having more trouble with the Witch Lights and Death's Candle in the final area of the Fell Wood. It's like my party is totally unprotected, and I get mercilessly slaughtered every time. This time I'm gonna do what a walkthrough advises: Run around like a coward, and hope to pick them offwith arrows eventually. I may actually have to use healing potions for this:(
