team bg homepage follow the proper links... you know the drill
There's a lot of people who would recomend staying away from TDD since it's so bug filled but I cannot testify to this myself, but some people who downloaded it ruined their game to the point of not been able to play at all forever so if you want to download it beware is all I can say!

Honestly, don't even bother with the kits or items. They're ridiculously overpowered and imbalanced. Why would you want to play a kit that gives you obscene powers and inflated stats, and balances it out by saying the drawback is "requires a minimum of 17 STR and CON?" Gimme a break.

You'd be much better off downloading some of the custom kits and item packs available here on SP. They're much more realistic and interesting, anyway. I realize the claim of "over 100 new kits" sounds cool, but really - it's not. Steer clear.

Adding to what Rabbit said there are more then enough mod's out already for BGII alone without TDD and so many more in the making that the wave of up coming mod's that it's not funny and is is almost literally enough to swamp your hard drive pun intended :)

I'm so stuck for what to try I don't know where to begin :help:

I've never played TDD, but I hear the same as everyone else: it's very buggy. However, they did release the kits as a separate mod. Again, I've never played any of them so I don't know if they're unbalanced or buggy.

I tried it, and so far the only thing that has really annoyed me, is the fact that my "Dragon Slayer" paladin randomly become nuetral evil after I completed the quest :( that, and cavalier is a better dragon slayer  . The end quest is horrible too, I am going to try and load my Final Save through just BG2:SoA and hope I can move on!!

Btw, some of the items and things like that it provides are really fun to play with, and if you stay away from the dumber classes, you will be ok as well!

Take "The Big Picture" rather; it should include TDD and a few other mods, on non-fileplanet server too. ;)

It´s been a while since I played TDD, and what I remember it was pretty buggy and most kits were either pointless or overpowered. I can´t remember if I patched it to 103a though. So I´m about to patch it up and give it another try. If it´s better than I remember I´ll let you know :)
