    What happens when I install the expansion?

    * Do I access the new "game" by defeating Irenicus or does it automatically start where SOA left off?

    * Can you still play SOA from the beginning?

    * I heard it ruins romances; is this just for saved games prior to TOB install or does this mean there are no romances even when starting a new game?

    * Is it worth it then?

    when you install throne of bhaal, a few things happens.

    *a new dungeon called "watchers keep" is avaible.

    *you can start a new game both in Soa or Tob.

    *once you finished soa, you will automatically be taken to Tob

    when you start the game, it'll ask you wether you wish to launch soa or tob, launch soa to play from its beginning or choos tob to start of from chapter 8.
    i dont think there'll be any romances if you start directly from tob.

    romances can be broken if you havent fulfilled the soa part.

    there is a fix pack out there that fixes many issues. also get the patch

    yes, throne of bhaal is absolutely worth getting :cool:

    Throne of Bhaal will let you have the sense of overkill unlike any other. Imagine being a demi-god and laying waste to the entire populace of southern Faerun.
    Not that I have anything against that though. ;) :p :)
