    Where is the guy in red? I am trying to complete the quest to find out who buried that guy alive (sorry for the general terms) but I can't find anyone who wears all red. I heard he was in the bridge district but I can't find him. Also, in addition to where he is, does he only come out at night?

    there was recently a post about this, the search feature sometimes works wonders

    He's in front of a house along the water front in the bridge district, couple doors down from the tanner

    I dunno if he comes out only at night.. but I did find him at night in the bridge district.. its towards the other end of the bridge district near the other inn/tavern.. his suit is all red.. as if he is wearing a red pyjamas... u can't miss him
