Anyone read the books about him?
I've just finished the first one (White Plume Mountain, based on a classic DnD Greyhawk adventure), and it's among the coolest fantasy novels I've ever read.

For those who haven't heard about the Justicar, he's a ranger gone Dirty Harry. Running around with a pyromaniac sentient hell hound pelt on his head, he brings justice to the guilty.

I once read something about a "Justicar", but IIRC it was a sword. Go figure...

The god Tyr uses a longsword called JusticIar
and there is a chaotic good ranger (lv10, human male) called The Justicar who is of some renownd.

    Hope this is of use,

    Cheers, Void
