I believe that the no alcohol consumption and lack of children susceptible to violence is a result of Atari wanting the the "teen" label for the game's content.

[IMG] "Teen" label is dependent on the aviability of alcoholic beverage in a computer game ? :hmm: :hmm:

That's weird law. Maybe they're going to remedy that in the European version. No ?

And anyway, if there is no alcoholic beverage in an Inn, what do they serve ? Coca-Cola or muddy-water ?

[IMG] Hell yeah! My Blackguard (ok, chaotic evil fighter) will be the lamest Blackguard alive if he doesn't get to kill all those children!!

Nah. It's just lame that Atari had Troika pull all the children and the option to consume alcohol out w/o changing the context of the game.

Anyone walked into that 'orphanage' that was utterly empty and a woman inside commented on how lively the children were running all over the place? Or another woman introducing her non-existent children siblings to you one by one?

That's utterly horrible. Damn you, Atari! We want to kill children and drink ale! Not necessarily in that order.

Off topic: Anyone ever had a stray rocket/grenade bust up a few little brats in Fallout before? Not premediated, and often followed up by a lot of cussing and reloading.
