    The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st Will Feature Details from Later Entries and be Re-Voiced

    Following the announcement of The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st, an information broadcast was held on Dengeki, in which Falcom president Toshihiro Kondo discussed that title and The Legend of Heroes Kai no Kiseki -Farewell O Zemuria.

    The most substantial details for the Sky remake regard how this release will be revoiced in Japanese, though the voice cast has yet to be decided. This means the developer won't be using the voiced lines from the Evolution ports of the Sky trilogy, which were licensed by Kadokawa back on the PlayStation Vita.

    This also seemingly raises the chances of an English dub for a global release since there won't be the backbone of the Evolution voice work, which covers practically the whole game. Then again, with the lack of a Western publisher, the notion of an English dub remains a mystery.

    Further, The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st will feature new details that debuted in later entries of the series post-Sky, which will help cohesion and worldbuilding. Specific examples weren't given, but perhaps we'll see or at least hear references to Van Arkride and other notable characters.
