    There're only the 2 dialogue options that aren't a brush off when Ellesime speaks to you and I've tried both, combining them also with both 2nd options but she never gives me the mask. She just ends up saying "it was a flight of fancy" and then leaves. How do I get the mask? Is there a charisma factor? Bec that's all I can think of.

    It is a stat check, but it isn't Charisma: it's Intelligence and Wisdom. I believe the combined total of the two must be at least 24 and neither should be lower than 10. Drinking a relevant potion before can be used to boost a flagging stat. It's been a while since I've taken Irenicus, but I'm pretty confident that's right.
