The passing of legend Dave Brubeck

    In another life as a jazz disk jockey I was sad to learn of the passing of legendary Dave Brubeck. I'm glad that my private collection of music includes almost all of Brubeck's recordings. I've had the pleasure of seeing and hearing Dave on many occasions. I've always been amazed at the almost magical relationship between Dave and equally legendary Paul Desmond. Each seemed to know what the other was thinking musically and expand on each others thoughts. Happily I know there will be great music to listen to in heaven, now if I can only get there to enjoy it.;)
