    G'day all

just started a new game ... again... and I was actually paying attention to all the background graphics this time around :p

Anyway, I noticed in the tavern at targos docks that the ships wheel on the wall has a ?, so I had a look, and it said "Botany Bay"

As I am from Australia, and Botany Bay is where James Cook landed, and is the Harbour of Sydney, I was just curious if this is the same thing people from other countries see, or do they get something relevant to their own country?

Or does it have some other obscure meaning that I am not familiar with??

    Thanks for you time people.;)

I don't think flavour text like that is different betransrween the various language versions. You can't translate names anyway.

But truth be told, I've never seen THAT one yet. Good catch. :)

IIRC, Botany Bay was the name of Khan Noonian Singh's STL starship in an episode of the original Star Trek series. Not exactly sure how that would have any relevance in IWD2 though...

Nice job finding that easter egg. I seem to remember finding it I think but it wouldn't have made sense to me.
