thief THAC0 raises only at lev. 40?!?

    Ive heard that a theif's THAC0 stops increasing at level 23, and then finally increases again at level 40. is this true?

    A thief's THACO (excluding the swashie here) stops improving at level 22 and does not improve again.

    If you are interested in the abilities like THAC0, saving throws, etc - just download the 50th level fix from this site (of course you do not need to install it), and look at the files. The tables are mostly in text so readable without problems. ;)
