    When I go to enter the northwest thief guild with that Renal bloodscalp guy, it won't let me in. I started a new game and a guard says it doesn't concern me. I tried bringing yoshi along, and he says renal wants to talk or something, but again, the guard didn't let me by. Just how do you get in there?

    Did you talk to the guy on the slums map, you know, the Coo guy. If you don't talk to him, you haven't paved the way into the guild.

    You mean Gealen Bayle? But it is impossible to travel to docks without first visiting slums to meet Gealen Bayle, the 'coo' guy, for some reason, all other areas are 'grayed out' before visiting Slums to advance to chapter 2. So I guess this is not the problem.

    Why can't you visit Renal Bloodscalp, is beyond me. I think you are doing something very wrong. Just enter Guildhouse, and go upstairs he would be there. :confused:

    The guard won't move when he gives you permission to enter. Just open the door and go in. (I usually use the east entrance and go up the stairs.)
