This Control + Q thing doesn't work

    This sounded like fun but doesn't work.... What is the EXACT method to use (I'm patched does this matter?)

    I am no cheater freind (see my honourable SK thread) but this sounded like fun... I mean can you image seeing how far you could take a goblin from Irenicus' base at the start??

    I don't understand how the link helps... nor do i unsderstand the other thing you wrote... as the person who I read this 'cheat' from stumbled across it, therefore I assumed no cheat enablers would be neccessary. I will not download anything like that oh no!

    This cntrl + Q thing doesn't work without a cheat though? shame... I'd have loved to shoot some goblin arrows at Irenicus ;)

    hi Parvini! I was the one who posted that cheat. lets see how I did it..

    enter the baldur's gate 2 directory and find the baldur.ini file. open it and scroll down in the file until you reach the heading progrom options, and underneath, you should find a list of commands with numbers following (i.e., bitsperpixel=16, acceleration=0, etc.) begin a new line anywhere under the program options heading and write the command line Debug Mode=1 exactly with caps no space betwen the = and 1

    this will tern on the cheats

    now go to your game and put your mouse over a npc or monstor and hit ctrl+q it shoud give you that monstor in your partey you must have a opan party slot or it will not work its like adding a new party member good luck

    speedy reply there... never thought of that.. I am no cheat i must point out.. I just want to take a goblin as far as I can.. or have evil monsters for my new evil group...

    aye your not a cheat...BUT I AM BAHAHAHAHA er oh sorry about that I made it throw the frst time with out cheats so now I fell I can have some fun hehehe :)
