[IMG] When I was wandering around on the (CODI to be exact) I was their new mindflayer models for NWN. But the portrait made for it really hit me. It looked just like the BG1 and 2 portraits, like it was done by the same guy. After a little browsing I found some more portraits, generally for BG2.

    See them here

Hmm, nice. Nalia seems a bit odd, but the others are pretty well done...an interesting style.
And Mazzy looks very, very...well...in lack of a better word, nice.

I thought halflings always had pointy earys. They look like children unless they are old, then they look like wrinkled children, but they have pointy ears. The pictures are well done, but I prefer the actual ones, probably beacause I saw them first and accosiated them with the characters. Thanks for posting.

In Tolkiens world Halflings DO have pointy ears
and since most fantasy games are based on it I'd assume they would in the games too!

Hmm...well I'm gonna be the oddball and say I don't care for'em too much. All the features seem to defined for me, not realistic, the faces don't meld. As if someone took a blank face and then drew on features, not like someone just drew a face. Don't get me wrong, very nice, but not my style. The only new portrait I like is the Immy one from the Imoen romance.
