When I tell Demogorgon to reveal himself, nothing happens at all. In other words he is still invisible, but now I cant speak to him. I've tried Dispel Magic, on the floor, and a black spot appear on the floor where Demogorgon was...

    Any help would be appreciated...

The guys on top of WK gave you a ritual scroll, remember that? Cast that scroll and see what happens.

I encountered a very similar problem some time ago. I had the scroll that I received from the spirit, and left Watcher's Keep for a while. When I returned, the scroll disintegrated, and when I checked Demogorgon's lair, nothing was there. A howling green face appeared in the floor every once in a while, though.

I personally used the console to fight him. If you want to fight him, you can use the console CreateCreature script and enter either

"demogor1" for the invisible form, initiate dialogue, and then begin the battle, or

"demogor2" which will skip the dialogue and just put him in front of you.

I successfully defeated him soloing a Sorcerer in about a minute. Only the Mariliths gave me problems, but even they fell after another minute or two. (personally I think they're harder than Demogorgon himself ;))
