I have read alot of people claiming that Crossroads of Twilight the new Robert Jordan book has been prematurely released in the UK and even trickled down to some swedish bookstores. Have anyone else heard this and better yet have anyone managed to buy a copy? I am quite sceptical to the rumour but the sources I had dont sound all too unreliable, they were quite baffled as well. Oh well I am just a bit excited as even though the series has its flaws I am a serious addict and having the book even a few weeks earlier would make a world of difference, I have already preordered it but now I was perhaps too hasty.

having recently spent a fair bit of time in bookshops in oxford, london and new york, i can say "no", unless in the last 36hrs. does anyone know how many more there are likely to be? i think there may still be a few characters who haven't been a) captured and put in a box or robes by sevanna or b) knocked together their own army +/- kingdom.

correction to the above; it is in the uk; saw it today.

Wohooo! I just picked up my copy of it at the postal office. Life is sweet. Let us hope that it continues on the path of Winter's Heart that was an upswing after aCoS and tPoD.

I ordered a copy the day before yesterday, and it arrived yesterday. Only they got me the hardback edition, which is twice as expensive, and I want the paperback. :(

Let's hope the paperback also arrives within a day ;)

(Edit: It doesn't, paperback apparently doesn't come out until another 6 months. So I just *had* to buy the hardcover :D )
