Hello everyone. Longtime watcher first time poster. Well anyway, to the point. This might be minor spoiler for people so if you haven't gotten past the underdark you shouldn't really read on.

In the underdark you meet a silver dragon who asks of you to return her eggs to her that the drow has stolen. I agreed and proceeded inside the drow city and has now gotten to a point where I'm slightly confused what to do. I have three eggs; the real eggs, the fake ones I got from Phaere and the other fake ones I got from Solaufein. As I'm a bit of a blockhead I can't figure out what to do with them. What would be the "good" course of action?

Put Phaere's fake eggs in the place where you found the real eggs and then try speaking to Phaere again.

Put Phaere's eggs where you got the real eggs from.
    Give Phaere Solaufein's eggs.

Now go to the temple and watch the Drow being wasted by the Demon. Keep your mouth shut.
Go out of the city and give Adalon her eggs.

If you wish to engage in a massacre, return to the city. Without your disguise the Drow will automatically attack you.

Perhaps saying it another way will help (not that I think anyone above was wrong or anything).

Don't do ANYTHING with the real eggs. Plant Phaere's fakes, but then give her the "other" fakes. Now both matron mother and Phaere think they have "real" eggs, and they're both wrong.

Hrm, well, it seems it was simpler than i thought. Dues the admatite dust created by the drow equipment have any other use than filling up inventory space?

Hmm, do you know what exactly prompts the egg guards to raise the alarm? I'm being practically constantly invisible, and they still screw it... Have to kill them, the bloody blokes.

I managed to pull off the swap successfully using sanctuary once - but I think this may have been due to my having a mod installed that fixes the "guards always notice you" bug.

I normally just kill the guards next to the door - the rest of the guards don't appear to notice as long as you don't have one of your characters standing near them.

Yeah, the guards near the door are easy to hit and have very low HPs; they were designed to die...
