    OK, as far as I know the trap in Neb's house in the bridge district is unremovable.

    What about the one in the maze where Bohdi releases you? It's in the eastern corridor past the room with all the stone faces. That one is especially annoying, because if you walk across without picking it, the walls close on you and you die. Is there anyway that can be removed? I've tried with Imoen and I've tried with Jan (separate games) and they always die. Then I thought I'd be clever and summon monsters and send them through instead of an NPC. But when the monsters get crushed, the NPC still dies!

    Honestly is there anyway to remove that trap without having an NPC get squished?

    I was never able to, but that corridor is easily avoided...

    As far as I know, right on both counts. Though I never saw the one in the Spellhold maze to be a big problem, since there's no real reason to walk down that hallway anyway. You can reach it from either side by going through the other rooms. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Someone may know more about the trap in Neb's house, but I didn't really worry about that one either.

    I know it's avoidable, but it's just one of those things where you see a trap, and even though you can get around it, since you rarely have trouble disarming traps, you attempt to remove them for the XP's. I'll bet a lot of people got nailed with this one some time or another. I hate it when I walk around it, and then when I double back that way after killing Dace I have a character walk through it because I'm not paying attention to the path they are taking.

    The description for the Find/Remove Traps skill says that it can't remove large mechanical traps...

    I recall a large, mechanical trap in the BG1 expansion similar to this one that was removable, so they're not following their own description. :rolleyes:

    But you can remove it.. just let two summoned creatures walk in, they die and the trap is disarmed (but you need 2 because it are 2 traps IIRC).

    @diebysteel

    You can send summoned creatures in, but whenever I do that, the mage that summoned the creatures dies too, even if he is no where near the trap. Does this just happen to me?

    Ah, yes. The monster-master thing is a bug, but I don't remember where I've read about it.
