    I am currently having a dilemma: I found an Atari package that includes BGI, ToSC, BG II and ToB for 20 euro and the price seems manageable. However, I am not sure if it is in English or German, and my German is not good enough to do the game justice. Are there some ways to change the language of a licensed copy, like a patch or something?

    Nope. But to figure out which one it is, look at the back of the box where it talks about the game. If it's in English, it's probably the English version; if it's in German, it's probably the German version. No promises, but it's a fairly good indicator in most places.

    Well... most of the text is in German, but the names of the games are in English (they aren't always, as I've seen with others)... Hmm, I hope the people in the shop won't be too lazy to just start the install or something.

    I wouldn't bet on anything based on just the names of the games. It's probably the German version.
