Wackiness in Chapter 4

    [​IMG] What is going on here? I have run pretty much every quest in Chapter 2- went and kicked Bodhi's butt in Chapter 3 till she ran away, went back to Aran, he stopped talking, so I talked to him again and told him I was ready to go. Got on the boat, travelled, got off the boat, Saemon says I am sorry blah blah and Sime says go talk to Saemon he looks nervous or something but no vampire ambush? This is my second time through- I know there is supposed to be one. What gives?

    P.S. I'm also pissed that I can't have Viconia in my party. I have Aerie, Valygar, Keldorn, Jaheira, Yoshimo and myself, elf fighter/mage.

    Have you actually spoken to Saemon yet? The next event may be triggered by talking to him. Alternatively you could not bother waiting for the attack (as you don't know it's coming ;)) and go and explore Brynnlaw.

    I had also some problems with that vampire attack the first time, but I just continued playing, the second time it was just normal.

    And if you want Viconia in your party, you shouldn't play with a party that is mostly good. You should then have a neutral/evil party instead of a good/neutral party.

    maybe you should talk with that thief/bodyguard that Arin Linvail sent with you... she'll tell you to see Saemon and see why he's so nervous... that might be the trigger ur looking for

    You go on the boat, get attacked by something I think, get off the boat, talk to Saemon, get ambushed talk to the girl that Aran sent you, get ambushed again, I think, Saemon runs away and you can explore the island.

    Correct me if I'm wrong.

    The boat trip goed well (however without knowing it) someone posions you through a drink. AFter you left the boat just survive the ambush, you'll meet Seamon later (in Spellhold) again.

    I spotted that too. But Viconia had some serious troubles with dialogs - every once in a while she asked to join the party!?!?
