    Anyone else like this band as much as I do? Just wondering if there were any other weezer fans on the Boards o' Magick..

    I can't wait for Lion and the Witch, come next spring..

    Well, I saw them live last weekend, but to be honest, I really don't see why they are as popular as they are. They are a good band, but nothing special, imho.

    [​IMG] To be honest, the only Weezer song i like of the few i've heard is Hash pipe. Apart from that, they're not really stuff.

    They have a scary amount of catchy songs.. especially on the first album. I like them, thought I definitely think they've gone downhill with the green album.. and then maladroit seemed like a step in the right direction.. before I heard that they're making some kind of collaboration with crazytown (remember them? Flavor of the week about a year ago..).

    Green wasn't good, but it was successful. It put the monkeys off their backs, put Pinkerton in a new perspective, and opened things up for Maladroit.

    All my opinion, of course. :)

    I really like there new stuff so I went and picked up my first cd of theres about a week ago. Sense I heard the older stuff was better I picked up there Blue album. I totaly agree there older stuff is better I love the cd there is not one song I do not like on it. I will definitly (check spelling) be picking up another one of there cds.
