Weird Alignment Comparison

    [​IMG] After having a quick chat with some of my buddies, we got into a fight about some of the characters. Could you people be kind enough to tell that Edwin really is LAWFUL EVIL and VICONIA is NEUTRAL EVIL? Two of my friends had different alignments for them each, one claimed to have a chaotic evil Eddy and a lawful evil Vicky while the other had Neutral Evil Eddy and Chaotic Evil Vicky. Am I wrong here, or should their alignments not be what I mentioned above? I thought I was positive about this, but apparently these two friends, both of whom have played longer than I claim something completely different.

    You probably misunderstood someone or something.
    You got the correct alignment in the game.

    But in the manual, Edwin's alignment is wrongly stated as CHAOTIC evil.

    There are no ingame issues in Shadows of Amn about alignments of Edwin and Viconia.

    [​IMG] You have to be careful withnthe manual, it is hastily made and has quite a few errors in it. The alignments you mentioned are one example, the wrong listing of thieving ability points and partially wrong stat modifiers are others.
    So if you want to know the truuth, just come here and ask ;)
