    [IMG] Man am I pissed.
I just got to the upper deck of Baldur's Ship in ToTSC. Now I had a LOT of trouble dealing with the wolfwere's, especially the greater wolfwere (why is it not werewolf anyway? ;)

Anyway, I managed to deal with them eventually (took me about 45 minutes too), but I lost 3 characters in the process. I went down to rest the remaining 3 characters, got them to rest a couple of times (in between healing magics ;) , and before heading upstairs to deal with the final greater wolfwere I saved the game just in case in my quicksave slot.

So, I went upstairs, dealed with the wolfwere (thank god for Heaven's Wand), and was delighted that I finally beat the sucker. So, the first thing on my mind was resurrecting the fallen characters.
Only then it hit me: all of their gear was lost. Everything, potions, some great items, spells, everything. Not only that, but the last save I had when they were still alive is somewhere at the beggining of the expansion. I had no idea Resting for two-three days can actually make yout gear dissapear, I would think it'd take months of rest for that.

Needless to say I'm pissed. Really pissed. Well on the bright side I've got 3 gigs freed up on my HD, but I don't have anything else to play, since I finished all of my other RPG's. Talk about learning my lesson the hard way

Thanks, I needed to vent that out

[IMG] Well, if that happened to me I'd load the previous save game and write down their equipment and recreate it from the console or with GateKeeper... But you're kinda beyond that.

Never save after your characters get killed in BG1.
No easy to access resurrection spell in the first half of the story... :(
