What do these mean?

I cant think of what these mean. BG2:SoA, ToB, TDD, BG1:TotSC. What does it all mean? I've been scratching my head for ever tring to think of it.

 

Baldur's Gate 2: Shadows of Amn, Throne of Bhaal, The Darkest Day and Baldur's Gate 1: Tales of the Sword Coast.

You couldn't figure that out? You are here since september and you didn't know that? I thought that was common knowledge for everybody who came to these boards. Well, I was wrong.

 

Dragon Rider Skyward: Might I ask you, what brought you to Sorcerers Place (besides the RC forum), if in fact you were not familiar with these games? I'm ,sincerely, just curious.

BG2:ToB = The obsolete Bonus (the add-on)
TDD = The D-Day (the unofficial add-on)
BG1:TotSC = Tales of The Sorcerer's & CO.(the add-on)

 

Nope i couldn't figure that out. I know it sounds weird but I'm still coming here often to see what it means. Xenecor, if I remember right I was seartching for Buldar's Gate code's and web pages. I didn't know what it was because I got just the disk with the game on it in playing package. So I did a search on yahoo, some how I came apon here and teambg the same night. Bookmarked them, and I started to read the post's in SP and got the idea of what it's all about. The costom avatars intreaged me the most and I wanted one for the longest time(though now I gave up on it cuz I can never talk to Tal). So I signed up, posted a few, and then started my own campain(which is going extreamly well). And that brings me to the present.

 

Joke or not, I was puzzled too when I saw TDD abbreviation for the first few times. There wasn't any sign what it is even on Black Isle's forums.

Lately, someone said what it is...
But, it is noone's business why I still lie that I don't know what it is.

Perhaps a short vocabulary on internet-terms, as can be found on http://www.techdictionary.com/ will suffice.

Either people love to use to shortened words to save time because they are impatient or the internet is full of lazy typists. Abbreviations just end up confusing the new people. I never liked them, myself.
