Me, bicycling weather and time permitting.

I also practice Tai Chi everyday for at least half an hour. I alternate between styles to keep up the variety, 24 form, 48 form, sword, fan, Chen, Sun, and am in the process of learning Wu.

    Not nearly enough any more.

I still play hockey and chase my dogs around but outside of that...

    The George Carlin Workout.

One Situp a day. Getting out of the bed in morning is half. Going to bed at night is the other half. :p

I walk around a lot. Like everywhere. Although not so much anymore...

I'm surprisingly fit, I think, considering how little exercise I actually do. Most of the day I sit around, either working, reading, or gaming - but I surprised myself by being able to walk around all day, every day, in Europe, and not feel too tired from day to day.

Have been considering going to the gym, though. I would also quite like to do some dancing, although I can't right now because I live in the middle of nowhere...

I do my cycling every day, 17km, the commute back from work - all weather except ice and thunderstorm, no excuses - since February 1st, but that's about it. I am cursed in that I sit at my desk all day and sit at my desk at home in my spare time when I game or stuff, and I need to do something about my, the shame, little soft belly. While I compare favourably to many of my peers that is small comfort to me. In particular, it doesn't make my belly an flatter.

It would be sensible to do a workout for my back and belly, and to complement it with running, and to aid my running. Alas ... I just can't get myself to it currently. But I should do it.

Bicycling and gym workout. I basically try to do both daily at least during the summer months with individual rest days in between to recover (usually the weekend). The winter months usually take its toll on my fitness since it cuts out the bicycling. Still I do go to the gym and try to add in some aerobic exercise (like the rowing machine or exercise bike) instead. I also play in a hockey team during the winter which helps but we play/train waaay too irregularly for it to count to much.

[IMG] Going to start swimming (hopefully) soon. There's only one swimming pool in Southampton and it was funded by the Disability centre so I might even be able to get general exersize help, because gods know how but physiotherapy just made my health worse!

My main concern is if they man the harpoons whilst I'm there or try to return me to the ocean :p

I play racquetball once or twice a week. I also go to the gym and ride the bike and lift four to five days a week. Since July 1st I'm down ten pounds (and damn proud of it) and yesterday I was able to bench press 225 pounds for four reps.

Mainly running, 30 km each week at least. I decreased the distance a bit recently. Because I changed my diet somewhat to lose some weight. That went better than expected and I have lost twice the intended amount so far and it is still going down... So I am in the process of balancing everything out right now.

I go to the gym 3 times a week. I used to be REALLY fit. I'd go jogging every day and do 18+ hours of martial arts a week but I bust my knee a few years ago and stopped. Things went down hill rapidly from there and I tripled my body weight :( So, my mate got a good deal at the gym and I joined with her.

Weight training for me. I still do free weights a couple of times per week, but it's mostly P90X, which I do pretty much every day.

I usually jog, I try to do it for at least 30 minutes every day. I occasionally go to the gym as well - it used to be 2-3 times per week, but the last 2-3 weeks it was a bit of a problem due to my work schedule.
