What's your favorite City District?

    [​IMG] Although I miss the sectioned big city experience in BG1, the major city in Amn has its own pleasures. What are your favorite districts? I think my favorite is the Bridge District. It has nothing to do with the quests there, I just think its cool.

    I was hoping somebody would ask this or I was about to ;). Hands down the one I love the most is the Temple District. The architecture is beautiful and I love the inside of the temples too. The guarded compound despite its name looks great too. The only thing I don't care for is the sewers beneath the district.
    If I had to choose a second place I'd choose the Docks. Not as classy as the Temple District but still a great feel.

    Me favourite job be thieving, and i love the docks; tho ye can thief in govt and slums, but then ye can go to the docks and sell all ye've fenced!

    [​IMG] Temple. It's easy to get around ;) I HATE Waukeen's promenade. But the best thing about the city is that when passing through districts you can sometimes be mugged ;)

    Then maybe you should watch Star Trek more often... ;)

    I liked the Docks the most, because of the atmosphere (?) there.
    I also liked the Temple district for it has the most architecture in the whole city and in the whole game!
    I think Waukeen's Promenade has a nice architecture, but it's about the worst place you can walk around, because you can't!
    I find it very difficult to manoevre (sp?) my characters there, becasue of the millions of obstacles there.
    And all those stupid stairs and stuff.
    I would hate the place, if it weren't for Ribald that has his very good shop there...!

    Promenade is impossible to find all the little shops and tables from which to nick stuff.
    Temple is cool - its got c'fury, temple of lathander, temple of helm, high hall of the radiant heart and keldorn. What more could you want.

    Oh - but the Ad Mart is cool.

    My favorite district is Slums, just lots of neat people there.

    [​IMG] Tough question...mine'd have to be the Graveyard District, mainly because it's the only place that you can actually explore, plus that nice Staff of Curing!

    Second place would go to the Docks, especially with all those peasants warning you about how dangerous the Shadow Thieves are!

    why does most of the public of athkatla (was that right?) dislike the shadow heroes? they are some of the best pilferers in Amn. an they have cool outfits!
