Right after the first dungeon I got everything ready to go get Flail of Ages.

My party is at max now and after this I am going to go to the Circus tent where I guess Aeria will be. Can I still have her join me if I am at max party? Like in DOA they just go and wait at your base camp.

p.s Any priorties after first dungeon? There seems to be an obscene amount of stuff to do.

Anyone would actually like to do tent first but don't want to lock out Aeria forever or something. Normally I would assume you can send them to an inn or something but this games crazy. I would not be surprised if they leave forever.

When you are at max party and a new member wants to join you, you can either accept their offer and bump out another party member, or decline their offer. If you decline, you can ask them to wait for you right where they are, or they will instead go and wait at a place of their choosing, which they usually tell you before they leave.

After getting out of Irenicus' Dungeon I usually quest around for a good long time. You'll need to make money (for reasons you'll learn about soon, if you haven't already), and improve your overall power base. There's no particular order. You'll find plenty of quest opportunities.

If you want the Flail of Ages, keep your eyes peeled for a girl named Nalia. Her quest will lead you to the flail. She can be found in a certain bar that you will hear about soon, with a name that has to do with metal.

    Awesome so I:

    1. Decline offer to join

    2. Ask them to wait right where they are?

    Right?

Yes, that's the basic gist. By the way, make sure to make plenty of saves, just in case you mess something up, so you can go back and redo it. The "Q" button (quicksave) is especially handy for making a quick, easy save just before you're about to try something that you're not sure about. It allows you to have an immediate reload point without having to replay any previous parts of the game.

Always save before in BG. Before you open a chest, before you talk to an NPC, before you initiate a combat, before going to the bathroom IRL (power shortages do occur!), before picking your nose (you might crithit your brains for 82762 damage) and everywhere else. But always BEFORE.

I thought killing yourself from picking your nose was from Quest for Glory, not Baldur's Gate.
