    [​IMG] I know perfectly well that if you buy something from SP, you get an Avatar. Well, where does it come from? Is there a store at Tal's house, does he send it himself, or is it some sort of magic business fairy?

    I'm not sure I see what the question here is... Where do avatars come from or where does the stuff you buy off SP come from. The second is explained in the FAQ. The first is pretty obvious... From games covered on SP.

    LOL, I think he was making a joke.

    I'm picturing a little factory run by halfling children with Taluntian cracking the whip and yelling, "Refresh those screenshots, re-post those hacks, upgrade my UBB!!!!"

    Avatars are occasionally spit out, but only after 30 consecutive accident-free days at the plant.

    Actually, I was asking where the actual stuff you buy comes from. The games themselves. I know you can buy the games they talk about, but is there like a huge pile of copies of Baldur's Gate II in Tal's garage, or is there a Sorcerer's Store or what?

    [​IMG] You just go to online stores like Amazon, Chips & Bits etc. through the links on SP. Everything is handled on their end. I just get a small commission for getting you there via the links on SP. So, in short, you can support SP for free by buying stuff via the links on SP. You pay the same price, only I get a small percentage (usually 5%) from every item you buy.
