    At first I liked Seth better, but he's starting to annoy me. So Ryan is fine by me.

    It rocks. It's fake and glam and dramatic and all the things we'll never have in our lives, but because of which we would die of misery if we had them.

    have to disagree, there's a lot more stuff out there that's much worse :p

    as to why anyone would like it? it can actually be pretty funny (the few times i've seen it) and the girls in it are hot, mothers included ;)

    I'm like Seth, and just from the questions, and who I am I knew that I would be. But he's got one hot girlfriend, so obviously that means something! :D

    And I must say, I never liked the show, but one of my friends made me watch it while I was at her house, and its really grown on me. Not in the tumor kind of way, in the more affaction kind of way.

    Unsurprisingly, I got Seth Cohen.

    And I'd bet the lot on my g/f getting Summer.

    Yeah, the OC is trash. But it's well-written, funny trash, with plenty of hot young things, and lots of gleeful schadenfreude for those of us who enjoy watching rich people suffer in their designer prisons. Plus, as Uytuun has pointed out, it's always flawlessly accessorised and hopefully won't try to deal with more "serious" content at the expense of being fairy-floss light entertainment.

    Yes, I know I need help if I'm reading social commentary into The OC...
