    That's a difficult question, because you don't specifiy wizard/cleric spells and at what level, at early levels the best spell is probably mage armor, than animal summonnig... From the new spells at lower levels i love blindness/deafness,very usefull against bosses, ant than grease etc... (for the moment I haven't met skillfull archers from the opposition)p, at higher levels I guess my favorite will be Time stop. Not very spectactular, but very effectif.

    18-19 Greater Undead Summoning. You get a lich as a pet! It fights pretty darn well too.
