As always, the answer depends on your playing style. I prefer a melee approach, so for me, your party is a bit light on tanks - I'd probably take Keldorn and drop Aerie since you already have a mage and a cleric (one of each is enough for me).

With that party, I probably wouldn't bother with Mazzy.

The only one I would even consider dropping would be Ano (as you're a druid), but since that's out...

Drop Valy for Mazzy or Keldorn if you want more melee power. Otherwise, your party is fine if you use it well. You'll need casting skills so you definitely want to keep Aerie and Jan. If you really wanted to, you could drop both for Imoen but Aerie starts to get really powerful by the end of the game.

Drop Valygar. He will never be quite the tank, so you might as well replace him for Mazzy, who does continuous damage with a good bow. Leave her at the back to protect your spellcasters.

Take who ever you like. I mean: if you like 'im, take 'im in; they all are pretty much balanced.
