Why is a cheetah so high?

    I just looked at the Faq. I noticed that you get a cheetah avatar at 700 posts. Why is that so high? I would much rather be a sword spider, troll, or a several others when I got that point. Cheetah seems kind of lame doesn't it?

    If your old enough to remember the Thundercats, then cheetahs will be near and dear to your heart! Chetara was the definition of "NICE" way back when (at least from the perspective of a pre-pubescent male).

    With this in mind, Cheetahs are definitely a creature worth aspiring towards!

    Gorilla is so much cooler than cheetah! Gorilla is the second coolest primate of all (guess who's first :)).

    The cheetah is skinny and ugly. "Fatter" cats (except lions, which are way too boring) like mountian lions (pumas), leopards and especially tigers are much more fascinating.

    you know, to tell the truth, the cheetah avatar looks nothing like a cheetah. its got weird coloring and its is MUCH stockier than a cheetah, it looks more like a leopard. well thats all I have to say.

    Well its so high because it is a fast & beutiful animal.

    Lol! I know, I like your avatar. I'm BOOORRRINNNG(In Cespenar's voice ;)). I'm an Ettercap for Helm's sake! None of the Lvl avatars look like girls! They all look like male monsters/animals! But I'd rather be a cheetah than an ettercap. Maybe raise my rep from 1 :D.

    Cheetahs are cool but at that point it seems like you downgrading. Everything from wolf up to cheetah would kick a cheetahs butt. Most rather easily.I would rather be a goblin than a cheetah because I could imagine that I was the almighty Nilbog.
