    ?

A sword called ghoul touch? You can't get anything like that by any normal means. Some monsters in the game (erm, ghouls? :p ) use such effects as weapons, but they usually have a glowing hand icon. At least the last time I saw a hacked character in BG1, the ghoul touch was a glowing hand you could equip your character with.

But again, this is all hacked stuff. You can't get anything like it without some editing of your character/savegame. Not that I know of, anyway.

isn't ghoul touch a spell. When you cast it and you'Re in the main screen you will have a ghoul touch icon instead of your normal weapon just like for example Melf's Minute Meteors

in bg1 the doom gaurd's aren't meant to leave anything behind. they just vaperise in a red light, and isn't the sword they weild meant to be a +9, coz i read it somewhere, and the only way u could get it was through gate keeper or cheats. I think the sword u got where glitches.

I don't think I would have gotten them killed if they were to wield a +9 sword.
I remember one that kicked my but over and over again. There was this temple or something with a couple of explorers. They 'muted' and you had to kill them. You could then enter the temple and you could steel a statue, wich was supposed to be a god or something. When you got out again, a Doom Slayer with a pretty damn good sword killed me dozens of times (he also was blurred). I never finished that quest...
    About the swords...
I don't think this is right. I haven't encountered those?!....
Must be a bug or something?

you could just give the statue to him,
I dont know if they're was a reward for that quest.
