Windows XP bug help request

    [​IMG] Sorry if this has been discussed already, but my searches were unfruitful. Is there any way of getting a file to fix the windows XP "NPC appears busy" bug without downloading the official patch? I can't currently access the internet on my new computer and the official patch is a bit meaty to fit on a 3 1/4 inch floppy. I've already downloaded and installed the Baldurdash bug fix pack, but this particular problem doesnt seem to be remedied by it.

    You can't affect it by any means except by downgrading your OS to Win9x or WinME.

    To split huge files on more than one floppy you may use WinZip, but I prefer this Split File shell extension downloadable here (it's freeware):
