Wiz/Sor Skills & feats??

    I am creating one pure class sorcerer and one wizard. Which feats and skills are better for each one?

    What I mean is - in what way is spell craft more or less useful for a wizard than a sorcerer?

    After increasing char or Int to 21 should I use the extra ability points for another ability?

    I'd also appreciate any useful tips on their development - they are currently at level 4 or 5

    [​IMG] I'm too am new to IWD2 and would like some experienced advice on this. :)

    Here is how I see it based almost exclusively on theory.
    Attributes:
    - Constitution as high as possible. Con 18 means a guaranteed +4 HP/level for a character that otherwise only gets 1-4 HP/level. It also gives a bonus to the Concentration skill. :thumb:

    Skills:
    - Spellcraft to 10 because it's needed for some nice Feats.
    - Concentration must be important.

    Feats:
    - Spell Focus (SF) and Greater Spell Focus (GSF) in one or more schools. Evocation and Necromancy looks best.
    - Spell Penetration and Greater Spell Penetration also looks important.
    - Spirit of Flame and Scion of Storms. This is where you need Spellcraft 10.

    - Combat Casting looks good at first, but I don't think it's important unless you have a bad Constitution because you'll be putting skill points into Concentration.
    - Dodge might look good, but with Mirror Image etc, it is likely to be a wasted Feat.
    - Dash could be good. Extra movement speed to get away from pursuers. Not very high priority though.
