    My vote ahs to go to the lookalike who played Harry in Harry Potter. He brought a new level of crapiness to a rubbish book. A shame to England.

    Oh and Nearly everyone from Dawsons Creek, Eastenders and Coranation Street.

    Caveat: Any movie where Keanu plays Bill is good...I also liked him in the Matrix. Otherwise, he's terrible!

    Kate is a hottie in Serendipity, but she's not a very talented actress.

    Actress - Thora Birch. She may be a hottie, but a cardboard cutout could have acted better than her in the D&D movie.
    Actor - Vin Diesel, Arnold Schwarzenegger (is that right?), or Sylvester Stallone that requires anything emotional outside of anger/rage/kick-you-in-the-butt posturing.

    I have to disagree with a number of people here.
    Elijah Wood was a horrible casting mistake, but Sean Astin as Samwise is a really good pick. He fits the role very well. As does Orlando Bloom as Legolas. It just fits so well with the book.

    Keanu Reeves played Ted Theodore Logan in the Bill and Ted movies. Not Bill Preston Esq.

    Worst actor award goes to Roger Moore for absolutely ruining a great series of movies. The bond flicks were great when it was played by Sean Connery and Timothy Daltin, but he really stuffed it up. Close second goes to 'The Rock'.

    Worst Actress goes to Sandra Bullock for Miss Congeniality. I cried after that movie, and not because it was sad. I was upset at losing the $10 I paid to get in. Second place can be awarded to Either J-Lo or Maria Carey. Choose one.

    I didn't say that it had anything to do with hair colour. The Acting personified Legolas so well. So what if they dont have the correct hair colour. Hobbits are supposed to love bright glaring coloured clothes, but do we see them wearing hot pink bike pants and a hawian shirt? Worst actor ever should not be measured by the colour of someones hair. If you hated Orlando Bloom in LoTR, go and see Ned Kelly, if it comes out in the US. He plays Joe Byrne, and does a damn good job of it.

    William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy, DeForest Kelly (and I like Star Trek, but still) Roger Moore, the girl who played the bad girl in "the Craft, Jean Claude Van Damme, Vin Diesel, Pamela Anderson -- in fact, pretty well the entire cast of that stupid VIP show, Mr. T, Leonardo Di Faggio (sorry, Caprio), the entire cast of "Showgirls", the entire cast of "Saved by the Bell" or "Boy Meets World", Amanda Bynes, Elizabeth Rohme, and to end off for now, Madonna!

    It seems you haven't seen American Beauty or Ghost World if the only example of Thora Birch's acting you can come up with was Dungeons and Dragons. Which I must add, I believe was an outright horrid movie.
