    Some of you must have a word that they like more than others. Perhaps not by what it means but how it's pronounced or something.

    My favorite word is pour.. I usually pour Cola up for myself.. or something :) - and it sounds like purr. I just like the way it's pronounced and the meaning of the words.

    I like the way peculiar sounds. But for somereason, I say things strangley like nuclear, or iron (which I say irwon).

    I like the Australian word Billabong. It means "water hole" or something like that. Coincidentally it's also my favorite clothing line. :cool:

    I also like the word Bangeter...it's the name of a state highway that's near my house. If you say it fast enough, it sounds like, "Banging her." :rolleyes: :rolling:

    Grouse. Not the bird, but the Aussie colloquialism. It basiclly means excellent, but nobody says it anymore. Saying it surprises people, and it gives them something to think about. Jan Jansen is so grouse, he is a mobil-vegetable peddler.

    I just like how it sounds, and i tend to use it to mean happy happy happy happy happy :) It's a good happy word for me :)
