Sewers
Rats to the Slaughter
The entrance to the Ebon Claws' base in the sewers is a pile of rubble at #15 on the Undergate map. Selene has to use her vampiric Gaseous Form power to get through to the other side. That also means Mantides will get left behind.
I arrive at #1 on the Old Sewer Section map. I am joined by three other Vampires. They regenerate like Selene, but will become permanetly lost to my newly formed party should they ever get reduced to 0 hit points.
At #2 is a trapped door.
At #3 will be sevearl Wererat Archers along a gangway that will fire flaming arrows at me from across a chasm. However, there is a drain pipe at #4 that I can use my Gaseous Form to pass through. Selene and the other Vampires then have little trouble slaughtering the Wererats.
At #5 is a chasm of running water which is impassable in any way for Vampires. I'll have to move on.
At #6 is a chasm that can be crossed. Selene will have to use her Bat form to get across, and revert back to her humanoid form once she's over.
At #7 will be a LOT of Wererat Archers. I found it easy enough to slaughter them in physical combat. However, if you want to make the fight easier, the lever at #8 will release a Quelzarn that will attack the Wererats.
At #9 will be a Wererat named Nubbin hiding behind a locked door with garlic hanging in front of it as a ward against Vampires. I could make a Will check to force the door open. But in the video I show a sequence of Dominating the Wererat, commanding him to open the door, correcting the command to unlocking and then opening the door, and then removing the garlic. I then mercilessly kill Nubbin.
The entrance to the Ebon Claw Hideout is at #10.
Tasheni
The Ebon Claws Hideout consists of a large central room where the last battle will take place at the end of a short hallway.
The end boss is a Vampire named Tasheni. She'll fire arrows whenever possible. Her help consists of her lieutenants, Alek Rastaine, Tynar Vungrald and Cassandra Vorsil, and another Wererat Lieutenant. A lot more Wererats will pour into the room in a steady stream.
Selene gulps a Haste potion, and then employs the same attack style. She positions herself for sneak attacks with her staff. If she paralyzes her target, she continues to attack it for more sneak attack damage. If her enemies start to concentrate on her, she'll retreat a little and go into slealth mode via Hide in Plain Sight. That makes her enemies divert their attention onto her Vampire allies.
However, I also want the other Vampires to be up and standing through the whole fight because of the attention they take away from Selene. So Selene's priorities for attack are Tasheni's lieutenants, since they inflict more damage than the other rank-and-file Wererats.
Once they're gone, Selene goes all out for Tasheni herself. Tasheni, being a Vampire herself, is not subject to critical hits or sneak attacks or stunning the way her Wererat cohorts are, so Selene has to do it the hard way by outlasting the other Vampire in an all out brawl. She gulps a second Potion of Haste once her first one runs out. Tasheni soons dissipates and retreats. Taking out the remaining Wererats to end the battle becomes a matter of course.
Obrakh arrives immediately thereafter, and congratulates Selene on her victory. He also informs her that Mantides will drive a stake through Tasheni's heart to finish her off for good.
Countess of Shades
And here is the final cutscene, where Selene joins Orbakh at his side as the new Countess of Shades.
