If you have accepted the Bronze Beneath the Lake quest, then you can use the Engraved Adra Disc at this spot during night, and only during night (not during daylight). Doing so will open the entrance to the ruins of Lle a Rhemen, which are at #6.
If you have accepted the Bronze Beneath the Lake quest, then a contingent of Knights of the Crucible will be patrolling here, led by a Paladin named Commander Cafel.
Here is the entrance to the ruins of Lle a Rhemen. The entrance is normally filled with water so that you normally cannot enter. There are two ways to gain entrance.
The other way is to wait until the water at the south end of the gorge has drained away after the conclusion of The Hermit of House Hadret quest, which also marks the start of Act 3.
You'll get attacked by a pack of Lions here, led by a Delmegan and an Adragan. Take out the Delmegan and Adragan first, since they can cast spells. They leave behind Lion Hides, possibly Elder Lion Teeth, and Awakened Wood and an Awakened Adra.
This dead adventurer's corpse will have several random items of various sorts.
These points provide access to travel by the World Map, and will also reveal Dyrford Village on the World Map.
Here is where you can find and recruit Hiravias. You'll have opportunites for Benevolent, Deceptive, and Stoic responses at earlier points in the conversation when he's fixated on the raw venision he has claimed. There will also be opportunities for Benevolent, Stoic and Diplomatic replies towards the end of the conversation as well.
You won't be able to travel past this point until the water at the south end of the gorge has drained away after the conclusion of The Hermit of House Hadret quest, which also marks the start of Act 3.
Here you will encounter an assassination squad led by a Leaden Key Wizard. The fight shouldn't be that difficult by now. The generic loot they leave behind includes:
Here you will fight a few Dank Spores and a few Swamp Slimes. The Dank Spores leave behind Sporelings when killed, while the Slimes leave behind Ooze Plasmas.
There will be a pack of Stelgaers here, and perhaps an Elder Stelgaer or two in harder difficulty settings. The Stelgaers leave behind Stelgaer Hides when killed, while the Elder Stelgaers leave behind Stelgaer Teeth.
Here you will have to fight a Pwgra in charge of several Stelgaers and a couple of Forest Lurkers. The Pwgra and Forest Lurkers leave behind Awakened Woods when killed.
This cave mouth leads to the third level of Lle a Rhemen at #20.
These points provide access to the World Map, and also open up access to the Elmshore.
This corpse can be looted for a random non-magical helm.
