There will be an Ogre Cutthroat and a few Cutthroat Mercenaries here.
The Ogre has the Crane-Crested
Key. It can be used to open the treasure chests in the Dungeon.
Here is the Slaves' pen. Opening the door requires a Mechanics check
of at least 12. The Slaves, once told, will make their way to Seafol's
skiff so as to complete the Principi Quest called A
Shrewd Proposition in a way that is favorable to Aeldys.
Here are some Cutthroats led by an Ogre named Taskmaster Grom. He
leaves behind the Large Iron Key.
Note that taking these stairs risks the guard on the other side raising
the alarm and turning all of the Crookspur Slavers hostile against you.
Here is Bahua, a leader of the slaves imprisoned in this cell who are
from a Huana tribe called the Wahaki. She is potentially a key ally if
you want to complete the Principi Quest called A
Shrewd Proposition in a way that is favorable to Captain Aeldys.

"That's it...time to move on, places to go and all that. The way you're going, you're just going to end up like Golodon the Unmanned. And I didn't want to see that the first time." -Jan Jansen, Baldur's Gate II
