    Unfortunatley some people find it hard to think right when under a great deal of pain or annoyance. Think back to your school days or whatever seems appropriate when people just kept being mean to you no matter what, did'nt you want to hurt them, what if you had a gun handy? It seems possible that the man simply intended to frighten the annoyer and hit him by accident.

    It's a good thing kids don't have guns, because yes, under pressure they might snap, just like the Columbine incident. However, the guy with the shotgun was an adult -- one would hope that when adulthood is reached, a little more maturity and self control comes with it.

    One can always hope for things. The fact here is that not EVERYONE can be expected to be mature. I would like to point out that Einstein himself said that one can always be sure of human stupididty.
