At what point did *you* choose your belief system?

    I knew my parents were Mormons, but we almost never went. At 15 years, I began to ask thr right questions, so mymother took me to church to seek the answers. I soon after felt a desire to be baptised and to join the church.

    That said, I fell away a few years later, when I realized that I wasn't measuring up to what I felt were the expectations that the ward (congregation) would have for me. I began to feel disillusioned.

    In College, I looked into various philosophies (no interest in religion, but still called myself Mormon), but never really felt a connection to any answers.

    About 5 years ago, a death in the family about the same time I needed to be finding a new palce to live while living on welfare ended up with me returning home to live in my Parent's basement. About that time, mom got me to return to church. In that time I finally read the Book of Mormon, and I began making the changes I needed in my life. I now feel that I not only belong there, but also that I better understand what the Lord requires of me. So I guess the answer is 31...
