I don't know who does what but i Think Morsa is the slaver, Hanz is the pickpocket, and the others I don't know.

 

Varia was the blackmailer IIRC.

 

Hanz is the burglar, Goshen is the assassin, Kretor is the pickpocket, Morsa is the smuggler, Varia is the blackmailer.

Righto. So just how many dragons are there out in the original, vanilla, unmodded ToB game? Can you answer without counting?

 

5 in SOA and 4 in TOB, I think.

At the end of TOB, Jan is said to return to his "first love." What does this refer to?

 

My bad on not responding - I forgot about the topoic entirely, and it slowly dropped down the list and I didn't look at it. So keumper giving another question is fine. Sus got all the names, and thier occupations/area of expertise.

There's the Shadow Dragon, Firkraag, Silver, and Black. And then there's one in the hell trials. However, depending upon how you answer the question, you either get another red or another silver dragon. So while you will only ever see five dragons in an unmodded game, is it fair to say that there are actually 6, even if you can only encounter a maximum of 5?

 

As far as I know, the dragon in the hell trials is always the same - black.

 

If you take the "good" path, it's a silver dragon and you don't have to fight it. At least that's what I thought. Am I imagining the dragon is a different color?

 

I just tried an old save. I took the good dialogue options, and the dragon looked black. I attacked it on sight, and it used the acid breath on me.

 

Having just completed the Hell Trials recently (Evil path), the dragon's breath says "Silver Dragon Breath" but it looked to me like it was tinted gold.

It would have been my turn anyway, not yours.

 

Revised Hell Trials (part of the PPG Quest Pack) changes the Pride trial. IIRC, without it the dragon is always one color.

And I agree with kuemper on this one. You wait for the poster of the question to confirm, not some random jackass, unless the IJA rule is properly invoked (it has to be an impatient jackass ). Get it right or don't play at all.

Now, I want to see one or two posts following this post in this order:
kuemper confirming or denying, and then Susi posting a new question if it's confirmed. Silverstar's question (and the mess he created) should be ignored.

Um, what did I just say? And BTW, the "jackass" comment came from the name of the rule: Impatient JackAss (IJA).

Alright, apparently kuemper is quite serious about not coming back to this thread (or the RBP), ever, and doesn't want to talk about it. So don't PM her about it, and if absolutely must know why (as if it weren't obvious), PM me instead. Now, let's see if we can get back to the game, shall we?
