    @teekc: LOL!!! :grin:

    Some people just cant cope and comply with the rules. Perhaps they think they are above rules, an exception or whatever.

    About names... Its very popular habit of naming yourself after a person/character/??? you like. It is a shame it cannot be reversed.
    I think that once upon a time when i still had dial-up i'd receive a different IP every time i connected. So if anyone else had the same thing he couldnt be banned via IP, becouse it would be everchanging. :cool:

    Just thought to note, that to change IP you do not need to change ISP -not even do any paperwork- if you have xDSL. Normally the ISP has a set number of IP's that he can give to the clients, and normally they are something like xxx.xxx.xxx.1 and xxx.xxx.xxx.2 , where x is any number between 0-9 -'course.

    You guessed it: any of the clients can choose any of these addresses, and the bigger the ISP, the larger the "selection" is. In my case, I can have about 20 different IP's -tested and tried.

    With modems, I think, the IP changes every time they dial-up. Therefore the IP isn't a very "secure" way to identify people... (Correct me if I'm wrong)

    This as a small side-note :p

    [IMG] Not exactly, but I don't want to get into a detailed debate on IPs, it would only be providing those who would be banned with more info on how to get around it, which we obviously don't want to do. So no more on IPs, please.
