Better Katanas? & Help with Sendai

I've done the game quite a few times, with no modes or such and without cheating. By now I can tell that there is no challenge for me in this game. Even the Demigorgon, Prince of Demons died quite fast, with all my NPCs alive (after a single load). In fact, I always win my fights this way. If one character dies, just reload. Well, there is a yet a challenge for me, every time I start a new game: generating an elven Sorcerer with max Dex, Cons, Int, Wis, 9 Ch and at least 12 Str. Sometimes, when there is nothing else to play I like to roll the stats for a couple of hours.
And about Sendai... Well, I've shapechanged my Sorcerer into a Greater Werewolf and fought the drow all by myself. My 2-3 meelee fighters (usually Korgan, Seravok and maybe Keldorn) are good enough at kicking Sendai's evil butt (just imagine Keldorn wielding the Blackrazor...).

 

Gah! I mentioned I only take-talked her once, and I'm not sure how I did it, but I didn't think that would be enough to make everything seem to think I cheat all the time. But I honestly didn't think Sendai and her statues were very difficult at all.

@Rastor: I actually did have to fight the statues. I didn't hit her too hard, and she dimension doored away, like normal.
