Yes, I too want to know what you did as a good character to get a rep that low. If you are playing evil, you wouldn't want to keep such goody-two-shoes around like Imoen, Jaheria, and Khalid. You'd only want to keep evil people. As for donating at a temple, I don't use Tutu, but in the original game you have to raise your rep one point at a time. There was an error in my copy of the manual for one of the values, but I can't recall what it was. The correct table, taken from the game data with Infinity Explorer (file REPUTATI.2DA) is as follows
Rep# Donation amount to raise it 1 point
    1 500
    2 400
    3 300
    4 200
    5 200
    6 200

    9 100
    10 100
    11 100
    12 200

6 is enough to avoid serious trouble.

Get ready for another merry band of Flaming Fist enforcers, they'll teach your low level character manners. Nonsense killing won't get you far, killing a peasant is not rewarding, killing Firebead Elvenhair is a lot better but killing Thalantyr? Not quite. Unless you got all you needed from him.

As for party members, if you want nonsensical rampage and sadistic violence you are better off with the crazy evil NPCs. If you're into another kind of evil, a purer more refined brand then I guess that point is not so valid. I won't elaborate, there are many threads about playing evil in BG (I still have to complete my BG2 evil game).

Thanks so much. As I said I have killed Flamefist Guards twice after getting noticed while stealing stuff from chests. That's all I did as I ended up being a DEspised (3).

However, after the just-in-time tackles I did yesterday, I now have an Average (9) thanks to your guidance.
