BG2 vs Diablo 2

    D2 is a click-fest, but it's to some degree fun. It never really got boring to me, as I switched from BG2 to D2 for a couple of months, but then I converted back. I hardly consider D2 to be a real RPG, but rather a mix between RPG and Action. It's fun, but mindless-clicking fun, not in-depth, story-line fun.

    In the end, I suppose it's what you like, and I like BGII.

    I decided the give D2 a try, because I've pretty much worn out every other game that I have. After going through all of the characters, I see that the only one that doesn't require a Click Fest is the Necromancer...and the Sorceress to some degree.

    He's really fun to play, and it takes a bit of strategy. You can pretty much just hang back and curse your enemies and throw in a few Corspe Explosions while your minions do the work for you. Good fun :).

    Diablo is a RPG gone retarded. I dont know about other people, but clicking and clicking and clicking gets boring after a while. I think i could have come up with a better story. BG actually requires thought. I could only play Diablo for like half an hour before i got so bored i chose to watch paint chip instead.
