    I usually found that kids like that start to become much more cooperative after experiencing real opposition. Usually they are very surprised by the very fact to experience any opposition at all, since they tend to rely on bullying or just a bad rep. Technically I refer to Belisarius' words, when he touches you explain him your dislike by adequate means.

    Usually violence is a bad idea since only results in ne violence. So that doesn't mean you have to beat him - this may work too though. After all this paedagogical and rational considerations I have to admit there are still a few people around who are just bullies. One punch in the face will better help them to understand their ways are not socially accepted than 1000 words.

    Police is not that good an alternative, you run danger tou ruin some silly morons life by allowing him to get a nice criminal record - he'll be on a good way to be lost for life then, no reason to make things worse unless he starts really mean stuff.
