    We went to my mom's place for a couple of days this holiday and she made merenges with sliced roasted almonds in them. That is my new favorite. They were like eating little crunchy clouds.

    I do like those Danish Butter Cookies that usually sell well at Christmas, but my fave would have to be homemade White Choc & Macadamia Nut cookies. And as with almost all homemade - they're best warm from the oven.
