    Daie, I agree. The song is nice. But sometimes I wish some non-english native singing bands would check their lyrics for errors. They make them sound stupid.

    Bring from the States you probably wouldn't get the change to hear much metal especially if its black/doom/power/folk metal.

    There are so many innovative bands in metal that you can always find something you like. I used to feel the same way about American country music, but I did discover some really good songs and musicians.

    Normally we don't have that chance in the states, but my friend has some European metal bands that he likes and so I got a taste of that- not much, but I didn't like what I heard.

    I don't enjoy country music much either, unless I stretch what I call country to cover music that most wouldn't consider 'country.'

    While metal may not be for everyone, there is a lot of diversity and if you dont like one syle you may well like another. It could be that the bands your friend likes aren't of a style you would enjoy. Don't lose all faith in metal. ;)

    Which is a good a reason as any I've seen to encourage people to listen to power metal. ;)

    Within reason, of course. I'd rather not see more flower metal bands springing up.
